Trust in the vendors plays an important role in the procurement of all the raw material. We have a base of time-tested vendors who have long supplied to us.
When raw material arrives at the factory, it is thoroughly checked and tested on various quality parameters like GSM, moisture content, etc. by our technical experts. Only when it conforms to our specified quality standards, it is put into the process.
Our experts are always on the vigil and there are multiple inspections during the production process. Such checks combined with production protocols help in avoiding quality issues. They also help in minimizing the wastage which means a good to go price for our consumers!

It tests the bursting strength of cardboard by putting it under increasing hydraulic pressure, until it bursts.
The Cobb tester checks the water resistance ability of boxes and measures the weight increase when exposed to water for a given time.
Compression Strength Tester is used to check the compressive strength of the carton box. It is especially relevant as accidental damage can occur when boxes are stacked above each other during transportation.
The Drop Tester tests the strength of the carton box with respect to the maximum drop height that it can undertake at the time of handling, in case of a fall. It helps analyse the quality of design and rigidity of the products.
It is used for determining the probable compression strength of corrugated boxes by testing the paper and paper board used in the manufacturing.
It tests the weight of the paper used in the manufacturing of the boxes and is highly vital for the quality of cartons.
Moisture meters are used to accurately detect the moisture content of paper and paperboard which ultimately defines the quality of the boxes.
Weighing scales are integrated into the existing conveyor lines and are suitable for complete weight check of the carton boxes.
