Stiff Packaging was born in the year 1985 when we set up our manufacturing unit in Greater Noida. Being a first-generation business, there were surprises in store at each step that stumped us, challenged us and pushed us to work harder. When we were still learning to walk, the situations demanded us to walk briskly, run and even sprint. There were times when we were about to fall, but we picked up, learnt and kept moving ahead with even more determination!
Soon, we became a highly profitable business. By 1998, our unit employed 60-70 persons and churned a daily production of 5 tonnes per day or about 10-12 thousand boxes of average size.
We have never looked back since then! The journey has been uphill occasionally, but we have learnt to shift gears and take immense pride in our progress and the fact that we are serving clients across state and international borders.

When we were still growing up, we identified and defined the 5 pillars of Focus, Quality, Adaptive technology, Timely deliveries and Relationships for our operations. All these years, we have stayed extremely focussed on the quality and delivery of our products and that has defined the good terms that we share with our clients. Our responsiveness towards the changing technology has also helped us stay ahead of our competitors.
